About Us

If honesty, integrity, & professionalism matters then consider us to be your local toner and inkjet supply center

Leslie “Les” Smith
Head Of Remanufacturing Operations
Les comes to us from a long career as a Service Adviser in the auto industry, and is a transplant Montanan. Hailing from Lewiston, Idaho, he his wife Cathy, and their two children, Aaron and Sarah, decided to make Montana home over 20 years ago. Recently, Les became a first time grandpa to an adorable little boy, Knoxyn. This wonderful addition has made Les even more grounded in his belief of providing a product that is affordable and reliable, not just for businesses, but the individual consumer as well. Being able to provide our customers with a remanufactured toner cartridge they can trust, for a great price, helps do just that.
Les appreciates the simple things in life. When he’s not working diligently heading up remanufacturing operations, you’ll find him mostly at his home in Lolo, spending time with his family, working in the garden with his wife, enjoying his favorite show “The Voice”, spoiling his favorite pups, Thor and grand-pug, Tink, or simply ironing out a new recipe.
As one of the new co-owners of Diamond Imaging, Les’ s 6 years of personal experience building our products, and his prior quality assurance experience, makes him a great asset to our company, but it’s his belief that, only a job done well, is the only job worth doing, that truly makes him invaluable.

Michael “Mike” Dickson
Head Of Business Operations & Finance
Mike comes to us from Polson, Montana. He is retired from many years of service in the US Navy and US Coast Guard. When Mike was finally able to settle permanently, he and his wife Lisa knew right away they wanted to plant their roots here in Missoula. Mike went to board a ship, Lisa came here with their oldest son Zachary in tow, went onto have their daughter Meghan, and eventually to complete their family with their youngest son, Luke.
Mike, heads up the administrative side of things here, and believes that customer service is the key to everything. His personable and humble nature has kept the transition from co-worker to co-owner seamless and comfortable not only for our customers, but the employees as well.
When he’s not chipping away at paperwork, he enjoys nothing more than time with his three grandchildren Aiden, Jace, and Natalie. Whether it’s “yard sailing”, or camping up Rock Creek, you’ll always find Mike completely surrounded by his family. He enjoys a good game of golf, loves his U of M Grizz, appreciates a good book, and making people smile.
As one of the new co-owners, Mike has been with us for 7 years, making him the longest serving member of our team. Our customers are comforted and reassured by him having the same down to earth business practices as his predecessor, and his employees feel the same. If you are ever dissatisfied with anything pertaining to our services, Mike is there 100% to make sure he changes that. Quick to adapt to his new position, if he doesn’t know how to solve a problem right away, he will learn how to, and relish the opportunity to grow as an employer.
